1. This is the picture when a person fell down to the railroad, all the passengers tried to push the subway to save him. The brave behavior of losts of people was so touching.
2. This is the picture of Pope Francesco washing the foot of one of believers. He is famous for always being humble and serving all the people.
3. This is the picture of June Demoratic Resistance. Lots of people were sacrificed struggling to achieve the true democracy. For their sake, citizens have been voting their own president on their own.
4. This is the picture of 2002 World Cup held in Korea. I was so young that I couldn't participate in, but I cheered at home. The passion was so great that even I can hear the sound of cheering after midnight.
5. This is the picture of Paul McCartney singing Hey Jude in 2012 London Olympic. The opening ceremony of London Olympic was great, but the best part was this, I think. Finally, Paul McCartney visits Korea and has a concert here in Seoul at my birthday. I'm so happy that I can go there and I'm really looking forward hearing all the songs.
First photo is very touching.I'm proud of this kind of treat. However, many people rarely help other people in a pickle.I hope that there will be many people who are kind and brave enough to help other people.I'm atheist ,so I usually don't like people who have religion.Of course,I don't hate that people. However, when I saw second photo,I could feel that he is great.I have never seen this kind of behavior that other religious leaders did.Regardless of religion,I think that there could exist lessons from Pope.
답글삭제Third picture make me think of many things. It represent of democracy of Korea, so we take this picture's meaning to our hearts.
답글삭제and your posting's images have strong meaning although it is short. So I think, your choice of images is good:)
The second picture seems to show how a man of a religion should be. I feel many people believing in god these days are not being what they are told to be; humble and serving. Especially in Korea, the essence of religion is no longer carefully reflected.. But this new pope, at least until now, 'behaved' a man of a religion so it really moves me. The third picture and fourth picture together seems really similar seen in long distance, but quite the opposite in short distance. People are caring, gathering and yelling but the third picture is a fight for democracy and the fourth picture is an enthusiasm for a world-cup. Were there no protests for democracy, the happiness shown in fourth picture would never existed. I think these two pictures actually shows how Korea has been developed.
